RQ27’s Elemento is a curated collection of five wines, each shaped by a dominant elemental force – terre, sol, aria, acqua, and ember– and the distinctive terroir and regional conditions of their origin. From the layered earth of France to the cooling lake winds of Canada, the sun-drenched plains of Spain to the flowing currents of Italy, and the bold intensity of Australia‘s heat – these are wines crafted from the unmistakable signature of the natural world.

EMBER

Pinot Noir Shiraz

Australia’s sun-scorched vineyards, heat isn’t a season – it’s a force of nature. It doesn’t relent, and neither does Ember. Long summers forge Pinot Noir and Shiraz into something bold, concentrated, and alive with intensity. Dark fruit, warm spice, a finish that holds like a coal long after the flame has passed. This is a wine that doesn’t just warm the glass, it stays with you.

ARIA

Cabernet Franc

In Niagara’s lake-cooled vineyards, cool air and shifting temperatures preserve what warmth would soften. The Great Lakes hold the cold long into spring and carry it through the vines all summer. Cabernet Franc finds its finest expression here, delicate in structure, precise in character, and shaped by airflow into something aromatic, fresh, and beautifully defined. Aria doesn’t demand your attention. It earns every note, quietly and elegantly, with every sip.

Cabernet Franc finds its match in fresh, herb-forward cooking. Serve alongside herb-crusted pork chops with lemon-dressed green beans or a light pasta with olive oil and fresh herbs.

ACQUA

Pinot Grigio Sauvignon Blanc

Italy’s alpine valleys are carved by water – cool, precise, and shaped with quiet intention. That same force lives in every glass of Acqua. Pinot Grigio brings clean fruit and subtle texture; Sauvignon Blanc adds the lift and brightness of open air. Together they move like a stream in full flow: fluid, fresh, and alive in the glass. The kind of wine that doesn’t just refresh, it restores.

TERRE

Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot

France’s soils run deep, layered, complex, and rich with the quiet history of centuries of great winemaking. Cabernet Sauvignon draws structure and precision from that foundation; Merlot adds roundness and balance, softening without diminishing. Terre is a wine drawn from the earth itself, restrained where others are bold, precise where others are expressive, and grounded in a depth of place that only France can offer.

SOL

Tempranillo Bobal

From sunrise to sunset, Spain’s vineyards bask in a warmth that is relentless and abundant. Tempranillo thrives in it, building savoury depth and richness with every long, unhurried day. Bobal tempers that intensity, adding colour, freshness, and lift that keeps the wine balanced and alive. Together they produce Sol — warm, ripe, and radiating the effortless generosity that only a long Spanish summer can produce.
